In the browser version, when clicking the Shipyard Manager or the Festival Manager, the text in the popup says "You can boost the efficiency of your factory by upgrading your manager."

This should probable be :
"You can boost the efficiency of your ship by upgrading your manager." (for the Shipyard Manager) and
"You can boost the efficiency of your exchange by upgrading your manager." (for the Festival Manager).
