Duplicate: St. Patrick's day event - progress lost

For the task Transport 250M Goods with your Ship, progress is repeatedly being lost. Progress is fine while the window is open, but if I close the window and play other aspects of the game for 15 minutes or so, when I come back the progress has gone backward even though the ship is transporting 1.8M at a time (and there are plenty of goods awaiting transport).
Chrome version 79 running Flash

The progress in the task "Collect 18Q" is working only when the browser is open.
See the change in total 5,37Q --> 6,24 Q, and in the task 4,70Q --> 4,87Q

I have the same bug. Between picture 1 and 2, i win 1 Q in the task but my total grown 1,2 Q.

Between picture 2 and 3, i lost shamrokcs to the task.

I realised when the browser is open, the task is going forward. Don't close it.

More specifically, the mini-game window in the browser must be open to avoid the bug issue. That means you can't work in your city at all.

same here: after checking the message center the progress was reduced from 2,95Q to 1,1Q.

So are we going to be reimbursed or at least have the task completed??????? I have spent all day collecting shamrocks and the task should be done a couple of times over, but will not complete.
