St. Patrick's is right around the corner!

This is the place to be if you have any questions about it or would like to discuss it with other players.

Please write your feedback in a factual and constructive way and stay on topic.
So that we can pass your feedback on to the developers, the following points would be important to note:
  • Feedback that only contains one sentence like "Hello, my name is (Pat)rick" is not helpful. Please make sure to include reasons for your opinion.
  • The same goes for positive feedback. We are happy about it of course, but describing what exactly you like is always very helpful!
  • Limit your feedback to the actual content. Feedback like "You should improve X" or feedback that refers to other game content or previous events is not helpful.
  • Questions that ask when it will be released on the live server will not be answered. We always announce it in time there.
  • Don't report any bugs here. Please use the bugs forum.
  • Use the "Like" button if another player has already reflected your opinion well.

Fabled Lochan Lune has averrage stats. Not interesting.

Clover Keep isn't returning? Too bad. Instead we get a new 3x3 building with a huge population demand.

Except for Eternal Market frags this is looking like an easy skip event.

Randomly spread specific stats mean even at "legendary" it's no more exciting than dorks with either more focused or more generalized stats at rare. And much more expensive to level, plus whatever's required to get it to legendary in the first place. These dorks are not worth much effort to acquire.

I would expect clover keep to be in the shop (along with base parts of the goldsmith and druid temple). None of the new prizes are listed as being there. But I guess we'll find out tonight.
 
It would be nice to show us the SHOP items and costs on the rewards page in the announcement. I would figure it is done, so why not post it. Then, a question about Clover Keep, would already be answered, also, Hippo and Savannah ascended upgrades?

I haven't done much with Allies leveling but I did like Melisande even Nabuchachacha. They were clean GBG boosts. I went to L50, cost 3426 scrolls (+147% to base), she is at 252% blue AD GBG. More leveling gets more expensive as you go, so to get to L75, add 75% more AD, but the cost is (50 to 75) 2784 more scrolls. I have been holding back spending any scrolls on any allies but this one I liked.

Speaking of allies and this ridiculous list of partials, why can't we get an Allies Kit in events, like the Ascended kits. Players can complete missing fragments to make whole ones.

My favorite is Freydis - 3 GBG sword stats and one of them is generic so some stats for other areas too ; but Melisande and Nebuchadnezzar were good too.

Epic Spartan is among the biggest baits out there 'yay i got an epic dork'. So he's better than the rare ones, right? ... Right?

Costs more and not as good as some of the rare ones.

One way to evaluate them is counting the effective stats where for instance one-color GE-sword is 1 stat. And one-color generic sword+shield is 4 stats.

So:

Freydis/Ragnar: Generic S/S One-Color = 4. GBG S/S One-Color = 2. GBG S One-Color = 1. Effectively 7 stats.
Melisende/Nebuchadnezzar: 3 * GBG S/S One-Color = 2. Effectively 6 stats.
Epic Spartan: 2 Double + 2 Singles. Effectively 6 stats. And less focused! And costs more!

This event's ones:

rare: 5 stats
epic: 7 stats
legendary: 9 stats, but less focused and probably way more scrolls to level than epic even which is already way more than rare.

If I had the option to acquire the ones I want, I would try to stick to 6-7 stat rares.
 
Wow, I didn't realize it was close to April yet because those building stats are laughably bad. Like holey moley at that bread house. This is an item you would have to pay money for or forego the grand price, I'd expect it to be in the triple digits of boost.

It's relatively small. And a strong FSP producer for its size (5.6 frags in 9 squares on average vs 10 frags in 16 squares on an escutcheon). And forgoing the grand prize *building* is hardly a big ask (it's pretty, but its stats are *yawn*). On the other hand assuming this is like fellowship was with the fiore if you want the goldsmith upgrade, you probably do have to do some grand prize progress too. At least it's 4 mcdoughs instead of 5 raftways and the population penalty is a little less ludicrous on them so might be more reasonable to do 8 buyouts and still get "enough" grand prize progress. We'll have to see what milestone the Platinum upgrade for the Goldsmith is.

McDoughs + shopping is likely my leading plan for live ; with ascended goldsmith being added if it's not ridiculous to get the platinum.
 
Event starts at 4:30am for me. However, gonna see how much can I go. I am hoping on a few things for this (but we know Inno loves to rattle our cages):

• The items in the shop are reasonably priced.
• The items don't have a limit.
• There are no "unlocking" requirements to get items. Really hate to waste my "daily special" tokens to get something mediocre (which was why I liked the DS and why I hold out in playing a minigame until I get a reward I wanted so I can go "ham" on) to get something that would be meaningful.
• That the currency given out can do better than just 1 piece. I mean, what in the f***? "Here, 1 pence for you tyke. Now don't go spend it one place" is what I hear from the voice in my head. Might as well have everything in the shop at 1 coin unlimited ya blimey cucks.
 
how to get rid off that big arrow pointing to the event button? Faintly seem to remember that previously it vanished "early" or at least not if no finished tasks are available, but now it's there constantly (at my second town, no tasks to collect) .. that's annoying ..

had the same problem in browser

after reloading the arrow was gone
 
Just doing event quests to get the 300 em frags. I have always hated this event. This year nothing worth getting.
 
lol Inno why are we not including clovers in shops. I have been preparing for 5 months expecting to sell the same type of building to be obtained here. Playing 7 worlds everyday just to farm enough diamonds and was also willing to buy diamonds in loads just for this event and clovers. My entire work just became a JOKE.
Funny they just removed the entire thing, rather than balancing the cost on the "store" which is just not fair for people who didn't get EEs to be bought from fellowship. Now the only hope left were clovers but you only give the option on box-which is extremely low....
