According to announcement the updated tree of patience should have a chance of fp.
In the tooltip in the upgrade kit and in the actual tree that part is missing.
The actual tree no fp production chance
When collecting the tree no fp is producted (In my case no self aid kit was produced so I suppose I fell into the missing option chance)
This seems to affect also the not upgraded tree (I did not collect so I don't know if it's only in the display or in the actual collection)
The Tree of Silence also lost it fp chance

Do any of the following:
1) Open the update kit and hover on the upgraded version/not upgraded version OR
2) Place one of those tree in your city and hover onto it once built

- fp chance is missing and no fp is produced on collection

- Show the fp production chance row and produce fp (when chance dictate it)
- Frequency
- Tooltip: 100%; FP missing production depending on the chance 25%, 50% or 75%
