Spoiler Space Age Titan

Due the fact that a lot of players have thousands and thousands of hundred of FPs, maybe Innogames want to create a new way to level up great buildings to make us not level them up to 80 in 1 day.

Rise of Cultures wonders Mechanics here, alongside fps You will be required to pay coins, goods, supplies, medals, special goods too, each 5 levels a new Blueprint is required ...
RoC also includes some special wonders materials, I guess we might have that too? :gb:

Components might be just similar to these boxes in which You have to donate multiple times the resources requested, others can contribute too but only on maximum 5 of those boxes, the ones You pointed for.

I heard they are bringing the new era with a totally new GB concept

a 3 part chain, components instead of BP and FP
so Arc is not applied on those o_O

we don't know that. we can probably assume though that arc bonus still applies for the blueprints we need. and didn't arc bonus apply to simply the "rewards" of participating in levelling a GB? this new mechanism is probably just that: a reward for participating in levelling in the GB.

the "something new" (GB concept) will already be in Titan Age :p

i was actually referring to the "space hub", but you're right, this is something new too :)

do we need BP ?
the text says components

aren't that resources which aren't needed to level it up according to the text

if we can't participate in the GB of other players the Arc just don't apply to those new GB

this is just another way from InnoGames to fix that they gave players too much from something:
last time: players have too much attack boost --> use defense boost instead in GEx level 5 (and soon also in GBG)
this time: too much Arc rewards --> let's make it different starting in Titan Age o_O

let's hope they don't want to fix the too much from Chateau --> then they would remove goods reward from recurring quests o_O
or just: no goods for GB anymore, goods in tech tree multiply with 10 (to balance that more goods from colony goods buildings). then the amount of goods from Chateau would still be same but have much less value

but I would count coins, supplies, goods and FP into the category: ressources which aren't needed for the new GBs according to the found text
and yes we will have what you call "special wonders materials": but that is just called components :p

“Collect and invest all components to unlock the next level
Resources are not required to construct or improve this Great Building.
You need all components to unlock the next level.”

On the images it is noted "Landmark" 1, 2 and 3.
Maybe these 3 buildings are not considered GB, but a whole new type of buildings.
It's an idea that would reserve these new features (I hope) for players who have reached titan.

Other GB's links are also named "landmark"

you do refer to RoC a lot tbh... wasn't it so that RoC is actually Forge of Empires II, but got renamed due to it being easier to market it under a new name, also without damaging *this* game, i.e. FoE I? :p

i wouldn't be surprised if we need goods to construct components (with components becomes more advanced (more goods needed per component) and more numerous (more components to construct) per level... and then prob needing a fixed number of FP (which is not exactly considered "resources" imho) to level it up?

oh, and don't be surprised if we need promethium, orichalcum etc and all the other "special goods" to build components (especially those on the higher-end levels) as well, and that we are going to need these components to unlock things in the research tree too :p it would be just like the "refined goods" that we had in Modern Era, where we needed older age goods to construct newer age goods (these new components most likely).

Exactly, RoC is the copy paste of FoE mostly with a changed mechanic here and there, some buildings rotation etc like it was FoE in the very beggining without that many content as we have now.
That's why I am referring to it because recently some things and graphics were added to FoE, even a new Tutorial that is similarly to the one from RoC which is still under A/B testing.

I will not be surprised to add more things from it to FoE, also I am not sure about what are those components and how will be obtained, but Something tells me not that easily and not that cheap if You want to level these buildings faster.

That part that You have pointed out with "resources", was added and deleted to game files data several times now afaik from my searching, or maybe just I missed something, but it's not 100% sure how things are going with those components, if really aren't resources, then will be harded than that to level a great building o_O

Edit: You are right, that line is still there, so resources aren't needed at all, strange.

I really hope Inno doesn't start making everything in FOE look like ROC ... I tried playing Rise for about 2 weeks.. got to the point of having to find special goods and quit playing. plus, the heavy graphics use without an option that I could find to turn off animations was making my laptop heat up.. so, nope nope nope.

I think that this Ge will only be needed to complete the plans and nothing more, but to obtain them you can only get them by motivating, in events or for diamonds, since they no longer open contributions, it will be more difficult to get the plans

you can only get them by motivating,
the good old way

for diamonds
also like in the beginning (before the Arc)

never finding the last BP: so buying it for 200 diamonds
(or for the ones who want to have it on day 1: all 8 missing for 1600 after finding one)

in events

I doubt that,

but could be one or more parts in the main/side questline (to motivate people to buy the rest)
Galata Tower was originally also from the questline

or even in tech tree or on the map they could place a few
