We are aware that many of you have already posted in other existing threads about the delay in aborting recurring quests, but it would be helpful to get more detailed information on your current experience with this.
So if any of you are experiencing this and have the time, please post here exactly what part of the process you feel is slow or delayed (so more detail than just "Aborting is too slow, please fix it" :D ).

ALSO: include your complete OS details/version and your browser details/version. Confirm that you are playing in Flash or HTML5, and if anyone can provide a video showing the slowness we would very much appreciate you posting them in this thread as well.

We do want to address this issue, and confirming these details will be very useful in the process. Also I ask that we keep posts limited to just the details we are requesting, there are plenty of other threads that you can post your feelings about it.

Thanks all :)

Simple. First, understand that a great many of us do what is called heavy questing on the live servers. Most of us have level 80 arcs and high level chateaus. My chateau is level 99. During the day we cycle thru the recurring quests 100 or more times, mostly doing the spend fp, and collect coins quests.

. Before the fix on the quest overview, the abort button was already active when the new window slid into place. Aborting could happen rapidly. If you were fast you could click the button just before the window came to rest. Now, you must wait for the sliding window to come to a complete rest, then wait more for the abort button to become active. If you are too quick, you have to wait longer. I do 100 quests of spend 139 fp. thats 14 clicks. Then 7 clicks to cycle thru the quests back to the spend fp quest. We are optimizing our results from a feature of the game that has been with us for years. There is simply no reason why we should not be able to continue doing so without having the process slowed down unnecessarily

When you abort a recurring quest the next one slides in but you can't click on the abort button right away again as there is about a 1 second delay before it lights up out of the grey button state into the red button state in order to abort it. Now I know that little delay doesn't seem like anything to a non recurring questing player but to someone who does hundreds every day, well, I'm sure you can imagine.

Just try to quickly abort a bunch in a row and see, added pics[and videos] if that helps, and you'll notice you keep having to wait for the abort button to light up.

Could the above posters please include:
• your complete OS details/version and your browser details/version;
• and confirm that you are playing in Flash or HTML5 ?

Many thanks!

For those unfamiliar with providing the above mentioned data:
- In-game you go to Settings > About > then click on "Copy to Clipboard"
-- Directly after doing this you can paste your info here :)

There are several recurring missions that I would like to NOT APPEAR nevermore.
I would like to cancel them permanently.
This would help a lot

To make that idea even better, there could be a button in the settings menu: "reset all recurring quests", which would make appear again the canceled recurring quests.

There has already been an attempt to implement this, which was highly praised.
But something went wrong in the programming and it was possible to cancel only one mission, and never saw the option again.

This is fixed now on Beta, both HTML and Flash, tyvm. now if we can just get ya to stop forcing us to abort quests we never do that would be greatness.
