When you collect from Royal Albert Hall, you get a bonus (like your happiness bonus, and cumulative with it) to the next 75 times you collect supplies. The counter resets every time you collect from the Hall. The Lighthouse and St. Mark's work the same way (albeit with smaller numbers).

you can continue to collect more productions, but without the bonus from Royal Albert Hall. Imagine that you have 15 production buildings and you collect every hour. With this GE you collect 5 timesx15 with bonus, the other ones without.
