Rouge healing time?

In the rouge camp, it says healing time is 2:24 h.

What does that really mean?
With may math experience, I interpret that as 2 divided on 24 hours = 0,083333333 hours to heal one point.
But that do not seams right.
what does 2:24 h means?

24h/10 = 2.4 hours or 2h:24min

No, the Rogue healing time is 2.4 hours per HP, and the training time is 24 hours.

24h/10 = 2.4 hours or 2h:24min

I wish they'd state it as "2 h 24 m" like they do with the other units. It would save a lot of confusion.
And yes, 24 hours is the training time.
The question asked was about the healing time per health bar.
