I had written it in a proposal but you blacked me out. Now that you saw the absurdities, did you remember it? So I repeat the proposal

1-100 LEVELS the bronze category and will want exactly the points it wanted before
101-200 the silver category. the points are reset but each level will ask for double the amount as before and will give double the statistics of the bronze level
That is, if level 1 wants 60 points at the bronze level, then level 101, the first of the silver level, will want 120 points and it goes on to say
the same will happen with the gold category from level 200 - 300, which will want three times the points of the bronze level each level. So it is not excessive, but very logical and fair.

I wrote a long time ago that Matt and his team will not come up with anything good in this game and will not implement it, as other players write, they probably want to kill FOE on purpose, it's a pity that everything they touch, they ruin

And kill probabbly not I thing move to HoH or RoC or new Cozy coast merge 2 game

All the changes throughout the past year have been making the game harder to play with less rewards. The newest changes are the epitome of stupid and unbalanced changes. Inno is burdening the players with rediculous changes to cover their lack of forethaought and bad design. They have decided to fix their previous errors by making grevious new ones. How sad.
- You play to see yourself grow, but they are making that impossible. It's supposed to be fun, not a job.
- I want to play but it seems they are not going to let it be possible.

I swear that they used a bottle to spin to see which dastardly thing they wanted to side the players with.

I just taken a look at the fp costs and seriously, the greedy noob with a stall and its overpriced item looks a little better than what Inno had conjured up with. We already know that costs will go up as we go up in levels beyond 100, but I didn't expect them to be 35 (or more) times than the old values. What this does is turning people away from putting in/leveling up GBs (you want to spend 200k of your own fp to just prime a building for a 1.95 setup?). This has broken game play severely.

Yes, some nice people are buying back the investment FP on their buildings that "flash changed" overnite into dead wreckage - meaning, they won't level said building in their lifetime.

Seriously, and I use my OBS as the example:

Yesterday my OBS at level 158 should have leveled needing 25122 total FP.

Today, with these GB Prestige changes, it levels needing much more FP:

371000 FP.

98% or so of that 371000 is charged to me, the GB owner.

That's just.... over the top.

It took a DECADE for people in this game so adverse to math to learn 1.9, and it took websites and built in "hack software" allowed by Inno, to help people on the same journey to learn the universal 1.9.

Now the entire community is in disarray on what to do and if it's worth it.

We have to be pretty dumb to keep taking this game abuse, eh?

Well, I got my copy of Horizon Forbidden West/Burning Shores on the PS5. My wife and I are running head-to-head in getting quests done and hunting giant snakes (don't worry, Thunderjaw, you're still my favorite kill). I just hope some sense is knocked back into Inno for this, but this is asking for a miracle that will never come but you might go with that than with them.

And though it's a Job, we should get Paid, not pay with our own reality and life.
Actually there's still people who still work and play the game, but as you're on to, soon we've got to chose. Develop our real life's and do stuff as work. Or develope our ruined life by play 48/7.

I still say they could have kept the scaling of the FPs required to level as with the old system. There is no need or reason to adjust them to these new values since it took someone how long to get a 200+, 300+, or even 400+ level GB? It took me and my mates nearly the whole weekend to gain 30 levels to our Arcs (lvl 130) for the 1.95 bonus as well as priming (or unlocking) our current GBs to relative levels before the change (10 to 400, 5 to 200).

What they are doing is COMPLETELY THE OPPOSITE of what they expected the game to be.

The costs of the new levels are outrageous.

And if there are people like me who couldn't log in last week and didn't unlock any levels... it's enough to make you cry... All the buildings are locked or only have one level to spend points on. What a mess! (Well, at least I can keep putting points into the Arctic Orangery... it's only 2.5 million points!!)

I think they wanting us to creat a 22 Acounts each of us, and plant them in the differrent era's, and begin to farm and trade with eachother...

So they can build a WORLD TRADE CENTER, and make all of the ERA's GREAT again.

But even though... the Great Buildings will never-land and be that Great Again.

More likely, they want us to quit playing this game...

If they had the GB prestige in the suggestion box, this would be the first line for abuse as it would violate their terms of service and will chuck the entire thing into the DNSL in a heartbeat.

But, I am pretty sure there are those out there that are doing this just to try to make it through. And, it's Inno to blame for letting this happen.

The argument I saw that really resonated with me was made on the foeaddicts blogspot and it went something like this.
We need sinks in the game for FP, goods, coin, supply, medals etc and using sinks on GB's to level is a good way to fix the game economy. GB's are obsolete and really do need to get stronger and nobody is arguing with that. Nobody is saying we should all have lv 400 gold tier GB's in our cities in 30 or 90 days. It should be hard. It should be a stretch goal. What it should not be is impossible to attain.

So a silver AO to go from lv 250 to 251 takes 8,331,250 FP to level. Of that only 18,508 FP are from other players which is 0.2 % of the total cost. So let's consider a really good player who makes 50k FP/day and wants to get that AO to lv 400. It would take that player 167 days (five and a half months!) to generate enough FP for just that level. Does anyone have the numbers for gold levels? This is ridiculous. This is a quit point for people. This is an own goal type of error.

If a player can't take their GB from zero to 400 in say 3-4 months then it's not a stretch goal it's just a tease. And that's not to mention the goods requirement. Requiring some goods is good. It will provide a value to lower-age goods but we're not talking about 40 goods we're talking over 100k of each good. Come on you know this is garbage right? I'm not trying to be a jerk or give anyone a hard time but do you realize how many people will just throw-in the towel if this goes to live server?

Look if the objective is to make GB's good again you missed the mark. If this goes to live server you will freeze time with GB's. Whatever they are when this goes to live server will be what they are a year from that time. What's the point of adding tiers and boosts so they can compete with event buildings if the boosts aren't attainable. What's better I place 4 ascended buildings every 30 days or spend a billion FP to get 200 QI fight boosts?

Folks this isn't a minor tweak that's needed. You need to take the current goods requirement and divide by 1,000 then do about the same with the FP requirements.

Make lv 100 of all the GB's so good we'll all want to build them because they're better than event/QI buildings.
Then make the next tiers even better. This way when power creep and inflation continue the GB's are still good and we still want to level them.

I need people to know that the player base isn't bluffing on this. You done messed the bed on this and the time is now to fix it. Do not delay upgrading GB's. They need to be upgraded. Do not take away the refinery system. Do not take away the increased costs to level or have some goods required.
The player base is reasonable. Make the stretch goals attainable. If players making 50k FP a day can't realistically level their GB's what do you think the new player experience will be?

It makes no sense that missing a few days should ruin 10 years of the game.
If you couldn't play for a few days and didn't unlock any levels in your Great Buildings, you're finished. Using the refinery isn't viable, and obtaining the silver blueprints is impossible.
If this doesn't change, I'm one more person who's quitting the game.

In the old system, almost no one managed to level up a GB to 400, not in 3-4 months, not even in 12 years. But it was never a problem, because no one even thought about level 400. One of Inno's biggest mistakes is presenting level 400 as a realistic goal. GBs have always been capped in some way, but we didn't mind and the top level wasn't the goal. The goal was the best affordable level and players told eachother whatever this was for each GB. We were happy to have the Arc at level 80 and didn't even dream of level 180 before it became affordable. It's a really stupid decision on Inno's part to give us the values for level 400 instead of useful information like the cost scale.

This has created a "tower of Babel" problem, too. People that never understood the intrinsic math of 1.9, are still using the non-updated (now OLD) online tools, with the wrong GB level amount/values. I don't use FoE Helper, so don't know if that self-updates either.

Many are oblivious to the GB PRESTIGE concepts and changes, so to them, they put on whatever the "incorrect" apps says to put on, and since the 1.9 values look fine, but really aren't, the post isn't fully correct.

So unless people do hand calculations for new PROTECTION amounts, their posts in 1.9x topics are all wrong.
