Reported to Developers: reconstruction mode - tool tips not showing consistently for all buildings

In reconstruction mode, some buildings (old data type in meta data) only show their production values when in sidebar - other buildings (new data type in meta data) only show production options when placed in the city.:

PS: GB do not show their production in city or the sidebar

ideally the production should be shown for both types in both states - otherwise it should at least be consistent

Assuming you are showing the BG when in the sidebar, then it is at least related.

just checked GB myself - those seem to have it the worst - they do show their production neither in the city nor in the sidebar...

added GB to the table in the first post
