Contact Support: Questgiver pictures not displaying.

I've reloaded the game several times but the questgiver's portraits are no longer appearing when I click on any quests.

This includes the event as well as DC.

I'm playing HTML 5 on Chrome Version 64.0.3282.186 (Official Build) (64-bit) on Mac.
