Without temporary building you can reach 100% A/D blue and red with oversea settlements (not the ascendant version*, just the max level version).A lot of "timed" items will help. I will give anyone that. However, this "test" was with buildings I can "get" on my own without being forced to drop in other buildings just to try and get through QI and its inane of changes. Last incursion had me drop in 8 x Lilac Garden IIs which cost me about 64 squares for 10 days. I made it to level 9 before being shut out at level 10.
I was going to test for level 7 tonight, but I had to stay back at work to handle some stuff that needs to be handled to which it got handled.
But hey, I wasn't stopping all the kiddies with all their shiny toys. Just don't drag the rest of us with this nonsense that Inno had let loose upon us.

What "no more 450 shards?". The 500 initial shards is only as championship start, this has not changed. You are supposed to obtain whatever additional shard you need during an incursion. If you can't play an incursion don't spend shards on it, and spend when you can play. If you can play only a little maybe spend less.No more 450 quantum shards?

Node battle/donation rewards?My goal is simple, go for 400 advances per season which equals 600 shards and I can build my city like I usually do. I am not counting the PASS shards..

The reason I don't count the PASS shards, they are not handed out in any consistent basis, we have that gap too, 4750 to 8250, so I will just consider them extra, for now. They also snuck in a mass aid at 9250, it could have been back to back with the other 100 shards at 9500...they do it later on, 13250 then 13500. The reward do impreove with level, but you need to pay attention to what is changing.For milestones we get 1k fragments for Neo colossus kit and we need 1k to complete a kit… Could’ve been just a kit instead of 1k/1k fragments of the kit. Rewards not improving by level is even weirder. Doesn’t rewards us to overcome the effort to handle higher levels. In more simpler words: the effort / reward ratio has been removed. Not even the most noob indie amateur developer I’ve seen made that mistake. Games even developed by such inexperienced devs have effort / reward ratios. Maybe off at times either in too rewarding or too little but at least it is present. Guess either big corners are cut or the rumoured intern is actually real.
Really strange developments. Really hope they won’t repeat that mistake. Particularly for the GE replacement. Not really interested in a sterilised guild feature. Where no matter how far you get, the rewards remain the same. Goes also for GbG. When they were mentioning intentions to streamline everything I thought they meant making the development proces more efficient, not coming up with 1-3 loot boxes and implementing them throughout the entire level based feature regardless of difficulty level.

That's a huge amount of coins and supplies you are generating! But then again, few players have the same amount of QI-boosting buildings as you. Which means you can afford to focus on resources.
I have to be more modest and am forced to build decorations. Currently at 48 monuments and I can still fight on lvl X.
Main advantage for a tailor is at the start. You can afford 1 tailor immediately. Where you have to make some coins and supplies for the goat farm. The space savings of a tailor vs 2 butchers is sufficient that i think 1 tailor out of the gate is worthwhile. And just keep it until you really need the space back.2 Tailors vs 1 Goat Farm:
Supply production: 1 Goat Farm > 2 Tailors
Population cost: 1 Goat Farm = 2 Tailors = 100
Space required: 1 Goat Farm < 2 Tailors
Construction time: 1 Goat Farm > 1 Tailor
A Goat Farm additional supply production will compensate for the loss production while it being build (compared to 2 Tailors) in 10 hours after it's completed. This does not include the higher coin cost of a Goat Farm vs 2 Tailors (supply ocst is the same).
