redundant question

when trying to collect the reward for the previous season, the game gives an error:

Don't worry it will be back in 2 weeks. It seems to appear for a few hours after an incursion ends in beta (and on some server in live too). Then it disapear till next incursion.

I have to admit that on beta it's consistent and on live it isn't. But it might just be me trying to collect the reward on beta immediately and, usually, waiting on live.
