-99999, dude! when you win a fight or negotiation in a sector, is probable (very probable) that the enemies you must defeat or the goods you must use in another sector change. that means, if a fight or negotiation is very difficult for you, you can fight or negotiate in another place to make it easier! your idea is so bad! we need to have the posibility to attack and fight wherever we want!

That's.. Not really the issue at hand. Surely the issue behind his suggestion is that people are pummeling (and in some case finishing) a sector that either needs to be held at a certain progress, or shouldn't be taken over at all. What I assume he, and many others - myself included, want is the possibility to see who is fighting in these cases. I don't think reset battles are the issue.

From the individual player view point you maybe right, negotiations or battles at another sector maybe easier for the player to complete, and maybe more individual rewards be received that way. However, from the guild/team point of view, some sectors are more important than others, strategy calls to concentrate all efforts in getting the critical sectors conquerred first and as fast as possible. Having guildmembers fighting/negotiating at not important or not urgent sectors impacts negatively in the overall guild efforts.

Is this Player Battlegrounds? or Guild Battlegrounds?
