If the goal of speeding it up is to get through the Ages faster, then have either a inventory stock of 6,000 of each Arctic Future (normal) goods at the time of finishing Arctic Future should be sufficient (so you can keep producing the Promethium). Probably get away with quite a bit less given you're intending to use Space Carrier,
OR you could have enough goods producing buildings in the city to provide 150 Arctic Future goods per day to keep the Arctic Harbor running and Age up immediately when possible
