Cannot Reproduce: problems with the Tickets event

Every since Beta went to the casino event i have had a lot of problems with FOE being very closing or even clsoings. Even to try to post this thread i had to log in to the forum 4 times. This has not been happening on the regualr worlds - am hoping we can find a possible connection

Don't think this is related to the update as I've seen complaints about this on other servers. This usually fixes itself eventually, but I have no clue how to replicate or fix this unfortunately :(

Firefox 38.0.1
I spun the wheel and it kept going and then when it did stop, I never received the prize and it went grey where you hit start. The stop button never showed either.

For Moderator,
One thing that is able to be replicated is since the summer event i have noticed each time i log on I get a pop up for one of my houses and a goods building. it is like the computer thinks i have already clicked on the buildings. It is the same 2 building every time. And so far it has happened every time i log in.

Is it possible, that there is no shrine of knowledge in our neighbourhood? I´ve not seen it until now. Other players have won already some. Today our wheel has been refreshed more than 20 times, but no shrine appeared,

rather strange I have just had 4 tickets disappear from my summer event.
and the is still nearly 3 days left.
don't know how they disappeared I know I did not use them?
