Yes, and not only with roads but other build items as well..
Seems to be happening when you just refreshed the game, after a while it's ok..
And the build items does not load until i open the build menu..

It happens when the build menu is opened for the first time and almost when each page is opened for the first time.

This is how it looks when it happens.

Today I have found out that highlighting and the right click copying texts not being possible in some websites when using chrome was due to touchscreen adaptation scripts. So even if the possibility is very remote, I thought that a feature like that could also be a factor in this issue (or other unresolved bug reports). It may even be a good idea to add screen type as a required information in bug reporting.

My pc has touchscreen.
