Cannot Reproduce: Polish/motivate, and raid

Overview of the bug: Enter neighboring city screen overview. Select polish and use it on any building. Now fast-click on attack on the same city (might depend on the speed of workstation). You get to battle, and raid if victorious. Both money from polish, raid and PvP points are kept after restart etc.
How often this occurs:Always.

I tried to look through the forum, did not see similar issue.

Thank you for reporting this; this is definitely a bug that must get fixed so that it does not get exploited/abused.
