Cannot Reproduce: Player buttons greyed out on first play following a touchdown

What actions led up to it occurring?

• Playing Forge bowl main event.

What part of the game is not working as expected?

• Once end of goal is reached, and players reset near 20 yard line, all the buttons under the players become greyed out: i.e. unable to select any. (had sufficient footballs for multiple additional moves)

Has this issue happened to you more than once?

• Yes, happened twice in a row, when going to end of field to collect grand prize.
• NB: Both times it happened; it was on very next play after scoring a touchdown
• Coach used: Special Coach

Workaround: reloading page enabled buttons under all 3 players.
