Not A Bug: Piazza Mask Vendor Tooltip

To reproduce: Hover the mouse over the Mask Vendor in the inventory

Shouldn't the tooltip "know" in which era I am, even when the Piazza Mask Vendor is still in my inventory?

No it's the same for the Victory tower and the Gong of Wisdom, "All age". Build in our city and we have the number of medal with our age !

Done.... (and the width of the tooltip is too small for holding the whole headline of the tooltip - but not as bad as the Mad Scientist Lab)
