Fixed on Beta: "Payment" for solving questline not possible [42893]

I cannot finish any questline saying I have to pay something. This is true for both the browser and Android-App versions.

Reproduction Steps: Click on the quest. All requirements are met. Still I cannot finish the quest.

Player: Concordia555
World: ZZ1
Operating System: Win7
Browser Version: Firefox/52.0
Viewport Size: 1920x943

I have performed a quicksearch of the forums using a select few keywords relating to my bug to see if it has already been reported: yes
