It seems to be an additional questline for the bronze age. In that questline you are rewarded with progress in this pass.

Also it still seems to be A/B test, so not everyone gets it for now.

So to get it, you will likely need to start a new world or even a new account.

I can not quite remember if I have already seen the rewards for this, so if I have, they were likely not noteworthy.
