Wednesday
- A tooltip has been added for the Scavenger Skill for crew members in the Harbor, that shows percentages of possible rewards.
- The missing 23rd Halloween quest should now appear for everyone.
- The Halloween quest condition asking you to 'build a culture building from your era' was updated to 'build a culture building'.
- The Halloween quest 'Brain Teaser Pleaser' (the one you receive when you don't place or own a Graveyard in your city) was missing the Graveyard reward, this has now been added.
