the next age is based on a dwarf planet which temperature goes from 168K to 235K ( -105,15 °C to -38 °C), very cold. in order to get more energy from the sun in this dwarf planet, scientists developed a new technology. this technology can be used in the earth to get more enery frome the sun too, more energy = no road connection (yeah, doesn't make any sense maybe, but hey! atleast is a new idea!).
when you build this new GB and open it, you can see a 3rd label, in this label you can see a list of all your buildings that need a road connection. select some buildings in order to let them work without a road. if this new GB doesn't have any road connected to it, all selected buildings must have a road in order to have them working again.
at level 80 the number of buildings you can select could be 80 or 40. if the number is 40, then every 2 levels the number increase by +1. at level 1 being only 1 building, at level 2 only 1 building again , at level 3 you can select 2 buildings...at level 9 you can select 10 buildings..
this would be great to let players have more space, specially to that ones (like me) whose city are very neat and organized and get more space is almost something impossible.
