A complete Neo Tactician Tower v1 appeared in my inventory this morning. Quite a nice building, folks.

So..... the follow on questions...

1) Does anyone have (or has used a kit to create...) the level 2 of this....yet?
2) Where would someone find (or earn) a Neo Tactician's Tower Upgrade Kit? Is it a fragmented item, or found/earned as a complete kit?

- It is fragmented item in the QI gold and silver chest pass.
- Available in QI selection kit when buying all six rewards chest in the QI.
- QI guild championship reward chest ranking from 1 to 20 gives the complete kit.

Seems like Neo variants of the original historical buildings. Gotta say I like this building style. Particularly the chess looks great
