Other selection and upgrade kits related to new QI buildings but they are currently blurred.

My guess is that these rewards will be for the next iteration of QI, set in the Early Middle Ages.

EMA QI gonna be rough for battles due to the EMA units meta. Though getting 19% or 18% with a small footprint + 10 + 11 might be worth it. They appear architecturally completely different. Too bad the QI settlement might not reflect this with exotic Q-architecture in the Q-settlement. As for now it rather feels like playing an ordinary secondary city locked in a given age.

I'm not really a fan that they visually look so different than their regular city buildings. Like there's no connection between the two except the name. The Colossus looks near the same with some added neo green. What's the point in naming it the same, there was little value to these buildings in recent days anyway. It's just like movie studios doing a remake of a movie that didn't need remaking, just to make extra money from the original.

will the epic qi kit have neo colossus kits in it? from the description posted, its not named but its part of the winter/spring incursion so my assumption is that it should be in there.

It could be a part of the second selection kit, which at the moment contains unknown kits.

Added 2 new buildings with active and inactive state.
The first building has the "GR" tag so it should pertain to QI. The second building has a "WW" tag so I'm not sure that it's related to QI. But they are placed together in the code and it has a hologram like the Neo Botanical Rotunda.

Perhaps the second building is related to the "World 2024" thing that is referenced in the code. "World 2024" currently only has placeholder portraits but it could be something that will be released after Summer event of Historical Allies.

the Chrono Column & Wish Fountain are released in the Care Event (chance to get them if you finish a board)
and I won a Wish Fountain in the Rival

and will be seen more often in the future

A complete Neo Tactician Tower v1 appeared in my inventory this morning. Quite a nice building, folks.

So..... the follow on questions...

1) Does anyone have (or has used a kit to create...) the level 2 of this....yet?
2) Where would someone find (or earn) a Neo Tactician's Tower Upgrade Kit? Is it a fragmented item, or found/earned as a complete kit?
