Dear Queens and Kings,

Since we know you like puzzling around and are always fond of getting some extra rewards, we have added "incidents" - little things that happen in your city (and around it), while your are on- or even offline. So keep your eyes open!

So what are the incidents about? Every now and then (up to five times per day), you can expect a small, unusual event to take place in your city or in its vicinity. When you click it, you will receive a random reward.
Incidents can appear in your city - on the roads, as well as outside - in the wilderness, on the shore, or even on water! :)

The incidents are various, but let's take a look at a few examples:

The incidents come in different rarities: common (for example the kite), uncommon (mammoth bones) and rare (rhino)!
When you click on an incident, it will disappear and give you some something in return. It will be in-game resources, including coins and supplies, but also medals, boosts or even Diamonds! Of course rare incidents will contain better rewards than the common or uncommon ones. Since all incidents will disappear after 24 hours and therefore, will be renewed basically daily, keep your eyes open and search your city and the surroundings! :)

We hope that you like this small addition to the game and that it will make playing the game even more enjoyable! :) We will add some more incidents to the game in the near future, so that they become much more unpredictable.
