New device - lost towns

I have two towns, in Mount Kilmore and Arvahall. This morning my computer broke down and needed so mayor repairs. When I finally manage to sit on my new computer and login in my FoE account both my towns are missing.
Can somebody please help me what to do?
I'm playing on mobile too, there is everything ok.

sorry you are in the wrong forum

the beta server doesn't have those worlds

better you try the en or us server
