Wonder what the perk is? I'd assume you are actually getting something in return for the restriction and not just being given a blanket ban from plundering at the Guild Leaders discretion.

There are two GMs in exclusive use on its neighbors for looting.
I hope that if Inno decreases the usefulness of their bonus, compensation will be in effect. It's a bit as if the truce tower no longer works on his friends.
