Not A Bug: Negotiation in guild expedition requires diamonds despite having attempts.

Despite me having 6 attempts left for negotiation, I'm required to pay 5 diamonds for one try!
What gives?

Seems to be made visible in a better way - and same with the Harbour. Last week a FoE Veteran (he is playing almost since the beginning of FoE) asked me why on earth the harbour suddenly requires diamonds...

Maybe the "pay diamond" window should not just ask "pay 5 diamonds for GE try / send ship", but "pay 5 diamonds to BUY GOODS for GE try/send ship"
