Reason
This improvement helps mobile users to motivate/polish neighbors, guild mates and friends faster and more comfortably
Details
- Players who don't have any GB, or all their GB are at maximum level, will still display the GB button, but it will appear in gray, indicating you can't do anything with it
- Guild mates will have a blank space in-between the Aid button and the GB button, making them display a total of 6 buttons, like the rest of players
- The "Invite new players to get diamonds" will be thinner enough so that you can switch to the next player easily

Summary
Make all player icons, from neighbors, guild mates and friends display the same number of buttons. Less time spent everyday on aiding
Have you looked to see if this has already been suggested?
Hasn't been suggested and is not included in the DSNL
Currently, mobile users should only take a couple of minutes to do all their motivate/polish thanks to the automatic motivating/polishing system. However, there are some aspects of the interface that make this difficult and annoying, and which can be easily solved. This is what I'm referring to:

(The red circle is where your finger is spam tapping the screen)

Whenever you encounter a player that doesn't have any GB, they won't display a GB icon, which leads you to tap the "Visit" button. Depending on how big their city is, it may take a good few seconds to load it before you can return to yours, which makes it annoying and results in a waste of time.

In addition to that, the display of "Invite new players to gain diamonds" seems a bit too large, which makes it harder to switch to the next player. You can see on the first image how tiny the gap is.

With the new changes brought by the last changelog, there are new things to be added to the suggestion.

CURRENT:

- Favorite achievements that are displayed by a non-friend seem to be "floating", as there is nothing to cover the space that is reserved to display the new activity indicator:

- Friends now have all their interaction buttons lifted up, thus making it difficult to aid them, specially if they are interspersed in neighborhood and/or guild mates list:

PROPOSAL:

Have the same template for every player, no matter if they're neighbors, guild mates or friends. Have the interface display the same number of buttons for all of them, in the same position, and leaving blank those that can't be used. Here's a prototype of what a guild mate would display:

A blank button in-between "Aid" and "Great Buildings", and a blank line between "Age" and "Guild". This way, the overall panel would be the same size for every player. Players who don't have any GB, or all their GB are at maximum level, will still display the GB button, but it will appear in gray, indicating you can't do anything with it.

That would be so much better for two reasons:
(1) When plundering changed to require Military Tactics to be unlocked there were no interface changes on the neighbourhood to reflect this. Displaying who can or can't be attacked would be a major improvement for new players, it'd also make the interface flow better

(2) Aiding in general would be a lot easier if it remains consistent from player to player
