Not A Bug: Missing Diamonds

Anyone else not get any of the bonus Diamonds? I came back after the Halloween event to test the Winter Event and saw the changelog notes about the bug where everyone with active accounts got 6000 diamonds, but I have only the 35 I had at the end of the Halloween event,

I refreshed and logged in and out several times, still no diamonds. Filed a support ticket but no response yet.

You will only get diamonds if you were active during the time the diamonds were distributed (I think it means you had to log into your account at most 7 days before the update).
Feel free to contact support about this though :)
