Jacko is here again saying prepare for "Halloween decorate or die", but just that, nothing more. I remember last year I also happened to be online when it first showed up, but there are no quests whatsoever. Turns out it was a glitch and it was not supposed to be rolled out just yet (much like the first GBs- Colosseum and Babel accidentally rolled out).


When will this start? OR is it another bug just like the first time?
