Fixed on Beta: Memorial Chhatri STILL shows 1 Medal

• Fixed an issue where the event memorial was showing 1 medal as reward when the output is age dependent

This one is NOT fixed.

Reproduction Steps:
1.) build the full set (I built the Palace and the Indian Garden, both full sets)
2.) Mouseover at the Chhatri Memorial
Result:

Issue Description (10/10): Memorial Chhatri still shows 1 Medal in Oceanic Future - despite the "fix" on friday.

its a visual issue only
when ready you get 47 medals in OF
