Take a look at this:
Cost to buy expansions: 30 +30 per additional expansion.
Cost to donate: 114-1000 (100k actions day 3 to 250k actions day 10).
Production options: 2-20.
See the mismatch? The biggest production option is still smaller than the smallest spending option, which you're probably buying with starting goods anyway.
This isn't even caused by inflation. QI always had this mismatch between tiny production options and large spending options. A system that is just a mean-spirited way to waste your time. There's no reason for it. 2, 6 and 12 goods is nothing, and it never was.
