Duplicate: maypole DC will not complete

The maypole DC require me to pay 500,000 supplies but when i click on it the button greys out and i am unable to pay them despite having 400 million plus available. I have tried multiple times without success, relogging doesn't help... cache and temp files are clean.
I'm currently on chrome and html
