Fixed on Beta: Mars continent map: unfavourable overlap of scout and exploring buttons

I did not catch the buttons at maximum overlap - but it does happen, that the buttons of the scout and the exloring button overlap (even complete overlap does happen, where e.g. the ore or the scout are completely unklickable):

How should I access the exploration site??

edit: The scout started in the red province below the overlapped exploration site.

Edit2: I found a small area where I was able to click the exploration site, solved and restarted it, and now:
