Locked items in inventory how to unlock?

How can I unlock locked items in inventory? I want to sell the actual event building (Athlon Abbey) to the AD, it's worthless for me.

Mark a check with a lock in your inventory. Then remove the check from the item you want to unlock

This was added in update 1.201. Items were not blocked by default previously. You had to lock them yourself if you wanted to keep them safe from the AD. It's the other way now

It was a measure against accidentally sold event buildings. Now the recent ones are auto locked.
