Duplicate: Last army member is not gone after drag

After an army if I want to exchange wounded members I can drag out the last member (and it disappear from screen) but if I want to add it again it says all places occupied (or similar error message).
Leaving the army windows and reopen will add the member to the list but still cannot be replaced.
