Cannot Reproduce: Japanese Settlement - Have two torii gates

When quest 9 is finished but before I collect the goods it says "Collect two Decorated Torri gates" OR "Collect two Decorated Torri Gates". The same text was displayed twice. I exited the village and came back and the same text was still displayed.

After I collect the goods it changes to "Have two Decorated Torris gates" OR "Have two Sacred Torri Gates" which is correct.
