Not A Bug: Invite a Friend - "Your Grace!" instead "Tribal Chief!"

Reproduction Steps:
1. Have the "Invite a Friend" side quest

Issue Description:
Ragu calls the player by the title "Your Grace!" in the request and in the completion dialog. Being a bronze age quest, the title should be "Tribal Chief!", just like other quests in the same age.

This is actually not a bug as such. There are more than 1 point in a players progress that they can trigger this requirement, so it's possible to get it in later ages than just BA.
