Server with special rules like "No plundering" or " you can't sit in middle ages with lvl 80 Arc " are in the DNSL.

You should move the chat feature to the the mid-later Iron Age techs. This is a good idea, because this would really discourage people who abuse the chat feature (to insult others and troll for fun) because it takes them several days to reach it then.
On a live server I play on, we had to suffer such a player several times already and making it harder to do so might discourage that player to stop it
