Yes, you will get a Industrial and Iron age boost in the Postmodern Era map (since PME goods buildings need Iron boost for its bonus and Industrial goods to produce )

Oh, none of those will show up unfortunately for any unrefined need (since it shows the goods needed rather than a boost for it in which that check will trigger)
