Cannot Reproduce: HTML5 - butcher under construction popup

When i clic on my butcher under construction i have that :

Have you noticed this on any other buildings?

No, and it was not all the time... sometime butcher under construction popup was ok after reloading game. I will do an other action (i don't know what) for that.
Not sure you can reproduce that problem :s

somehing similar happens sometimes in flash, in the buildings menu (thumbnail not resized visible all out of his context)... something rare, not yet found a way to reproduce

I have tried the butcher but have been unable to reproduce this so far.
