How many loop quests do you do in PA?

Since the buildings are large in the progressive age, I was wondering how many loop quests you finish in a day. I have a hard time doing even 10. How about you? IF you don't mind, would you care sharing your city (e.g. forgestats?)

I finished only 6 loop quest.

Gather ... coins
Gather ... supplies
and spend ... Forgepoints

it's enough for me... I don't need at this time more madals and goods etc.
