How long does it take to get support?

I reported a bug 5 days ago and so far nothing. If I do that on the main game I get an answer within hours. If this is the beta version where tests are being done, shouldn't support be e little bit faster?

Did you check the status of your bug report? By rightclicking once again in your city>support you will get the support screen. Please let me know what the outcome is.

P.S. Maybe the e-mail about a support reply ended up in your spam folder?

I know how it works and I do not check my mail. I check the reports. Status has been open and still is since I reported it on 03-22.
