Feedback Historical Allies

removing the building Allies Rarity slot requirements

make vote for yes so it mean that it solve problem that you get booth allies but one room and have for example 5 airship with common slot empty with update you can place epic ally there so vote for yes if you are smart player

If you are a smart player, you will vote "against" the changes because you already have all the allies you have in the rooms, and it took intelligence to place them, and everyone without intelligence will vote "for" because there is nothing smart in just putting someone somewhere.

If they'd continued providing various rarities of both dorks and rooms for the last year, what you say might make sense. But until the last event it's been all-rare all-year. So essentially the only thing "common/uncommon" have to add at this instant in time are a reason to potentially keep otherwise-outdated buildings to hold old dorks if you don't have enough any-rarity buildings.

On the other hand, I generally have way more rooms than I have dorks to stuff in them (and if i target more dorks now that that's more of an option in stores, I won't have the XP to level them all anyways as XP/week is hard-capped without $$$). So it's probably not a problem as long as opportunities are presented going forward to get the right rooms. (i.e. either regular options for any-rarity rooms (thus eventually defeating the restricted-rarity rooms value anyways because you'll be able to rely on having enough any-rarity rooms) or new buildings with lower rarity rooms at times and new lower rarity dorks if people don't have stuff to put in them so that common and uncommon aren't just some quaint artifact).

The only value I see to rooms having rarity is if inno's planning to use it as the next reason to make people replace everything in their city (i.e. if all our dorks are suddenly going to be epic or even legendary, almost none of our buildings are of any use to housing them).

But it need spend $$$$ to place all who got every ally can you say he can't place them all for free (and get)

all for it - the allies system is over-complex without any benefit for it, removing some of the complexity (particularly in light of the factual all-rare anyways, as xivarmy already pointed out) is a step into the right direction

Aside from the Platinum version for Yukis to make an all-rarity ally room, that I'd have to spend money to get, I can go for this type of change for all rooms.

But, that's not what I am on "curious alert" for. It's the other part that wants me to read further. Just hope it is not going to be a flop.

The system of having a specialized building for each rarity has already been watered by buildings with rooms for any rarity. This is already a step in the very same direction.
I'd highly appreciate opening all buildings to any ally. Especially, if the update planned for leveling up allies involves also leveling them to the next higher rarity.
The only downside I currently see - the upgrade to Yukitomo Tower in Winter Event is then not worth going for. But that is only one building, and INNO can easily still adjust the platinum version for Yukis to get better.

With the way the Winter event was going, I wasn't going to get it. However, after this going to be update, I may not have to worry on it.

And yes, I would go for much better stats on the Yuki platinum version.

Personally, I wouldn't mind keeping rarity on building if there was better logic but current system is already a mess.
By better logic, I mean:
> Not having more rare allies than common one
> Not having x consecutive events giving only rare
> Not having rarity meaning nothing on the ally value (rare ally can give between 3 and 6 different stats!)
> A building housing a specific rarity should be able to house a lower rarity ally as well

But with the way rarity is managed now, I don't see good reasons to keep such a constraint.

The current system would make sense if, for example, a rare HA slot on a building meant you could place a rare HA OR LOWER in it.

Keeping the rarities on the HA's themselves is fine. Make a room a room is great for everyone. It's not fair that our Epic ally can't go slumming and that our common allies are never allowed to live the high life for a bit. ;)

I'm more curious about the alternate specials we'll be able to add to allies. Once that is out I might actually level up an ally.

I vote for removing the rarities. Having to hunt around the city for the buildings and see who is where is a pain.

It would be different if they had a master listing of buildings with rarity level and current occupant; and a listing of Allies with rarity and level on the same screen.
That would allow intelligent placement jn a reasonable amount of time.

They need to fix Epic allies!
The fact that you can get multiple epic allies (I have 2), but there is only support for maximum of one (the timeless junction building), they need to either A) add more epic slot to the Timeless Junction OR B) add more building that has support for Epic allies (epic slots).

The recent poll will make all event buildings with an ally room (fixed rarity) become an ally room (any rarity) in a future update to the allies.
