Feedback Historical Allies: New Chapter

I don't understand!
We get 5 token on the first milestone (unfortunate since I already got that milestone before the update this week).
We get 10 fragment of Boudica on the second milestone, but there are 18 more milestones.

Does this means the last 9 milestone has no reward except for scrolls?
Or is there some other strange arrangement, like reduced number of fragment or maybe skipped intermediate milestone?
I don't know today I'll look on it for frist time and make gameplay video with that change
 
Nightmare wont stop. Why all of a sudden a completly new Heros update? What about the promised abilitys? I like the idea of trashing Items for currency but i doubt we will ever see this beeing used for something else.
Like reloading troops^^
 
I see allies in shops (event or other it doesn't matter).
The allies on sale should show the higher tier abilities as disabled. There is a huge difference between allies and that would be a useful information to have.

Currently only the abilities of the sold tier are visible.
Full abilities for all tiers are visible only once a full ally is obtained (not in shop and not as fragments).

For example is Saladin a good ally?
It gives only GbG bonuses as rare tier.

Answer (I can see, because I already have it): No, his epic bonus is 35% red defense (generic) and his legendary bonus is 45% blue GbG A/D (bonuses are for a level 1 ally).
 
This is a better way to introduce power creep .......

Have you thought about letting GB house a hero or two instead of event buildings?
(that would reverse some of the excessive power creep you created)
Maybe one at level 10, two at level 100 .....
I thought this was the plan for legendary allies... But no.
 
I did 12 tasks this week (60 total)
40 from blue/red attacks
5 from fp (I can see do 5 more since GBs so expensive)
5 from medals (used to do 10, BUT, since not many GBs to do drops and get medals, don't want to drive down medals inventory)
10 from negotiations (#10 was the first with 10 goods @ 30 each, #11 was 10 goods @ 59 each - didn't do it)

Result
5 valor tokens
60 boudica fragments
scrolls 115x12 = 1380 + 60x10 = 600 total 1980 scrolls


I will use this for my calculations.

Full Boudica = 17 weeks 50 valor + 85 valor = 135 VT x 3 = 405 VT so a year to upgrade 1 rare to epic.
NOTE doing all 20 tasks, 20/20 = 100 boudica frags, 50 VT per 10 weeks. In 40 weeks, you have 400 Valor tokens, 1 rare to epic.

For me, unless I can get more valor tokens somewhere else, NOT Boudica fragments, I can upgrade 1 rare ally per year. Yea, I read it, says we may see some in events. My money is on it being expensive, like usual.

Now, Toss in 3 OBS GB levels in a year, wow, what a great game!

when are we getting "economic" allies (giving goods, good %, medals, special good)?
when are we getting "development" or "residential" allies (giving fp, fp%, perhaps also medals)?

right now i see we only have "military" allies (giving various army % bonuses, not even multipliers (yet) ), and i was expecting we'd see introduction of other (different) kind of allies by now... it would certainly diversify our cities further, and give certain buildings an edge (e.g. they do not offer a room for military allies, but for one of the others, or even two rooms at the same time!). it would make the game strategy at least more interesting. now all we have to watch for is "what kind of military bonus we can expand on next) :P
 
Kdy získáme "ekonomické" spojence (dávají zboží, procento dobrého zboží, medaile, speciální zboží)?
Kdy získáme "rozvojové" nebo "rezidenční" spojence (což dává FP, FP %, možná i medaile)?

Momentálně vidím, že máme jen "vojenské" spojence (což dává různé procentuální bonusy armády, zatím ani násobitele), a čekal jsem, že už uvidíme další (různé) typy spojenců... Určitě by to dále diverzifikovalo naše města a dalo některým budovám výhodu (například nenabízejí místnost pro vojenské spojence, ale pro jednu z ostatních, nebo dokonce dvě místnosti najednou!). To by alespoň udělalo herní strategii zajímavější. Teď už jen musíme sledovat "jaký vojenský bonus můžeme dále rozvinout) :P
We get them in future events (since summer 2026 they worte)
 
If this is the new and only way to improve the City im not a Fan of it.
2 Years i been waiting for a new era with new expansion.
My City needs more space. I like buildings not heroes.
Maybe the game heading to a direction i dont like, GB Update seems to be not really important and ideas are so much of a hit in the face.
 
As long as there is only 100 tasks available each week, there isn't much to expand to anyways.
Allies are a nice addition, at least they used to be when we could get rare allies in the events. Now it looks like we are offered only common and uncommon, and need to level them up ourselves. Which takes forever due to lack of possibilities.
It'll certainly stay of niche interest, only serving those already really well developed in their cities, since many of those tasks can only be afforded by highly advanced players.

-Never really cared for negotiating in any part of the game; only attacking.

My big question would be if those tasks will still remain the same to attain (since I had done those already and have to wait until reset) or will it be like the GBP in asking for us to do something astronomical in order to attain or having to settle for less than optimal... aka "another monkey wrench to the works". So if anyone knows (and have not done theirs as of yet), I would like to hear from you.

I am still not thrilled that they had changed the fragments gathering into something else that now I have 880/1000 of the epic Spartan sitting in my inventory without it being converted or something (additional clutter). If they started with that common Boudica in the beginning, this update would have gone through without a problem because I would still collect said commons and will sell off those (after using 1) for valor tokens. Now, I can't sell the damn thing because the AD doesn't take partial units (it should, though). I am hoping Inno will solve that problem as I know I am not the only one with this problem.

Also, to be getting only 5 (??) valor tokens a week whilst requiring the evolution to be 200 (for the common to rare) towards 600 (for an epic to legendary), this is going to lose a lot of interest from the players really quickly... and I said this because it requires 1000 Boudica fragments to assemble 1 to be disbanded for 50 valor tokens. Many would be gunning for rare to epic or epic to legendary with what they have now.

And, to be honest, I rather the Heroic Endeavors to be the only source to get said items. We got too much filler junk in events that we don't need any more, especially on the pay wall, as not many are spending nowadays.
if you try an delete them frag you have to do it 1 at a time so thats 880 time to delete it
 
I AM CALLING FOR ALL DEVELOPMENT WORK ON OTHER FEATURES TO BE PAUSED AND FOR YOU TO FOCUS ON THE REAL PROBLEM IN THE GAME - GBs.

Don’t try to sell us excuses about running into various technical difficulties during the GB work. With Allies, you’re trying to turn them into new “GBs” that you can monetize more effectively. And weren’t unique abilities exactly what players have always told you should belong to Great Buildings?

Just to point this out: you created Allies from scratch all the way to the current new update in LESS TIME than the entire GB rebalance - which you treated completely unseriously by releasing two failed updates over 1,5 years of 'hard work'.

The GB update should have been a 2-3 week project just adding a third boost and making the third one scale beyond 200 on every GB.

Then back to the one era a year show.

Keep in mind we've been staring at this for OVER A YEAR now - so some progress on it is very welcome to me and a bunch of other people who've been doing weekly chores:

game aint stagnant , INNO is just spreading devs time over to much stuff they keep bringing new stuff to game instead of improving stuff already there and when they do work on stuff already there teams that do are spread on multiple projects so game seems stalled stagnant or what ever you want to call state it's in
 
This message is incorrect (I hope):

The current sentence means that some evolution give no new skill.

The correct sentence should omit the word "can": [...] Allies unlock new Skill when they Evolve.
This would means that all evolution must include a new skill.

Here "new" is doing some very heavy lifting, since in some cases it's more of the same the ally already has, sometimes just with a different flavor. If this is an issue just remove "new" too.
 
I really became of Fan of the new mechanic to recycle trash loot.
I wonder if this was already in planning when they introduced trash heroes nobody would ever use scrolls on.
I wish this would be possible for Buildings as well, f.E. QI Building give QI Coins if destroyed, Expedition Building get you Expedition currency.
GbG Building get you Silver, Gold or for a Championship Building, Platin.
 
What a joke !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I made the test for Fu Bao, needed 400 tokens and 2400 scrolls,

First boomer doing the "heroic endeavors" gives you only 5 tokens for the entire endeavors and not 5 tokens per endeavor, so you need 80 weeks to reach the 400 necessary.

Of course you may "disband" other allies to receive tokens , so i disband 8 other allies of lower niveau for 50 tokens each

I evolved my Fu Bao for an additional 125% att for defending units, but disbanding 8 units costed me about 200% in several att/def for GbG or GE and normal.

HOW CAN YOU POSSIBLY SPEAK OF AN UPGRADE ????

Ok i rushed this one to test , but in the future being able to evolve 1 allie per 80 week (1 1/2 year) is that what you have in mind , or just sacrifice other allies to receive less progress?

If that's the case then we better stay with the allies we have and bring them all to level 100, and give the finger to the evolve.

For that, it should be 50 valor tokens if they are going to be like that. This way it will take 8 weeks to get the 400 needed to ascend one. Else, back to the drawing board in getting us more tokens besides an event or shop.
