Feedback Historical Allies, iteration one!

Right now - they're almost all useless unless you play GbG. Additionally, making these scarce, and fragmenting them heavily (1000 frags!!) is ....

for what reason? How does that build interest?

The Townhall emissary model was/is the right design, and should be rejuvenated. You earn emissaries with varying types of power/assets you can deploy, buy slots to invoke their power if you need to, and they ALL help you. You prioritize what you need, and place them into positions in 1 building as their repository.

This concept of 1 Ally in 1 building is nuts.

I WANT NON-FIGHTER ALLIES
I guess - when all you have is a hammer (in your toolbox), everything looks like a nail.

OK, let's make them a list of the types of "non-fighter" allies we'd be interested in:

1) Random daily FP collection boost. The "rarer" the ally, the higher the random range assistance you'd get
2) Random daily (current/-1/+1) age goods collection boost.
3) ??
4) ??

FP, FP Boost, Goods, Fragments of various things (finishes, buildings, etc). They're no less diverse than potential military bonuses (various flavors of boost, and extra units). However even sticking to military so far, they haven't gone beyond red-attack or red-attack-GBG-restricted have they?

Correct, to my knowledge, @xivarmy .
Bodiccia's "flip" this week changed her out of red to BLUE for type, and out of QI into GbG for venue.

I think my point is: I'm not going to flip these items in and out of the ally repository and into buildings every day - when I need them. There are only 2 buildings now that house these, to my knowledge. Yes you could have multiple copies of the YUK - but that's not the point.
Flipping these out for a normal city each day - That's just busy work.

I like the emissary model MUCH BETTER. I choose what I need from a host of "ideas to help me" and that fits in what I have earned for SLOTTING or want to buy for slots - into 1 building that represents MY CITY. - Townhall.

GOSH - that's just so darn easy to understand and implement for players and designers.

My Boudica saw one day of action: yesterday on the first day of QI she contributed her defense bonus to the red fights. Alas, since the patch today she has lost all value and she was shamefully evicted from my Timeless Junction to make room for... the Spartan Soldier. The townsfolk threw stones at her while she fled my city to hide in the antique hall up north, where she will languish for all eternity.

I think what's mildly confusing is that IF you hover on the Yukitomo Tower (level 10 or higher), it says:

Military Ally ROOMS (not ROOM), but ROOMS.

Is there more than 1 room in that tower?

If not, that display banner when hovering, should be adjusted to be correct.

Yukitomo, Watermill, Coaster, Timeless Junction - they all say "Rooms" even though there is just a single room in each of them, unless Inno is planning further updates in the future that will give multiple rooms?
