but as always
first it comes again in the same event one year later
and after that at some point it will be added to the AD

so you can expect it in 18 month or later

i doubt we'll be finding crow's nest kits at the dealer at any time though. that building is WAY too powerful for that

they are powerful, yes - but considering the availability that does not really matter. Art exhibition kits for example are so rare, I doubt I will have it at level 8 by next year. You have to be exceptionally lucky to get multiple kits in a short amount of time and loaded enough to be able to buy them.
